He writes… The serious point is that we don’t always need to solve problems and that being empathetic can be enough on it’s own. I heard empathy is the single most effective CBT intervention (can’t quote the evidence however).

I really enjoyed watching this video. Andy Ortac managed to put a smile on my face just like he did with all those ice-cream lovers that past by his stall. I also read somewhere today that in caring for others, we care for ourselves. This confirms my belief that life is all about contribution.
